Café Republic is situated in the modern part of the Danish national gallery, with a beautiful view over the park, Østre Anlæg, and offers an exciting combination of art and design. Works by Paul Gernes adorn the walls at the moment, and the furniture in the café are from Fritz Hansen.
LOOP designed the overall identity and signage for the cafe, which is made subtle, so that it doesn't take the focus from the art and the beautiful view, but still refers to Fritz Hansen, in the use of name and typography and style.
